Terms & Conditions — ek 999 Platform Rules

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

References to a statute or statutory provision include all subordinate legislation made under it and any amendment or re-enactment. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on the ek 999 Platform, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation button during the registration process, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you are deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted the full contents of these Terms & Conditions in their current version.

ek 999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at ek-999.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or notification channel associated with their Account, but the absence of such communication does not affect the validity of any amendment.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ek 999 and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Platform or any of its services.

3. Age Restriction and Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to open and maintain an ek 999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any other person, organisation, or commercial entity.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which ek 999 has chosen not to offer services.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the ek 999 Platform or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that remains active.
6. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of ek 999 or any associated entity.

ek 999 applies age-verification checks as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If any Player is found to have provided false or misleading information regarding their age, ek 999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all associated bets and winnings, and return only the original deposit amount (less any bonuses received) at its absolute discretion.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ek 999 may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual Account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ek 999 Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ek 999 reserves the right to merge or close such Accounts and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You must notify ek 999 promptly if any of your registered details change. ek 999 is not liable for any loss or delay in processing that arises from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

4.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ek 999 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Do not access your ek 999 Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out fully from your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact ek 999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All activity that occurs through your Account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. ek 999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such loss is directly attributable to a proven security failure on the part of ek 999.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek 999 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion. Funds are deposited, held, played with, and withdrawn in BDT only.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ek 999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi Players:

The availability of specific payment methods may change over time. ek 999 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any payment method without prior notice. The method used for a withdrawal must generally match the method used for the original deposit, subject to the Platform's prevailing payment policy at the time of the withdrawal request.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on the ek 999 Platform is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although ek 999 may apply individual Account limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active Bonus Balance must have met the applicable Wagering Requirement before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. ek 999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to payment provider processing times and any additional compliance checks that may be required.
5. ek 999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

The use of the ek 999 Platform as a financial transfer mechanism — depositing funds with no genuine intention to use them for gaming — is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be engaging in deposit-and-withdrawal cycling, structuring, or money-laundering behaviour will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ek 999 periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and enhanced odds to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer, and those specific terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section in the event of any conflict.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

1. Bonuses are credited to your Account's Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real money funds are used first when placing bets; Bonus Balance is used subsequently, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
2. Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
3. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings generated from Bonus Balance can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each offer.
4. Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, cricket betting, and crash games (including Limbo and Color Game) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
5. ek 999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to an Account, any qualifying bets already placed in good faith prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will have their bonus voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

During major cricket events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and IPL, ek 999 may offer enhanced odds, cashback on cricket bets, or tournament-specific bonuses. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the relevant event and are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who are in good standing on the Platform.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the ek 999 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and courteous manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered Players without exception.

7.1 General Obligations

• You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and will not act on behalf of, or in partnership with, any other party when placing bets or playing games.
• You will provide truthful and accurate information to ek 999 at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interaction.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform if you are aware that you have a gambling problem or if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement from any other gambling platform.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
2. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any game, tournament, or betting market in a manner that distorts the outcome or unfairly transfers value between Accounts.
3. Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, AI-powered betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
4. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or malfunctioning game in order to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known error are void.
5. Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way that constitutes, facilitates, or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity.
6. Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing any Account that does not belong to you.
7. Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals against deposits made to the Platform. ek 999 will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ek 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where ek 999 is required to do so for compliance, legal, or security reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any Player wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ek 999 support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the same KYC and withdrawal conditions described in Section 5. Bonus Balance funds not subject to a completed Wagering Requirement will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available within their Account settings. A self-exclusion may be set for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on an indefinite basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be fully suspended and the Player will not be able to access any games, place any bets, or make any deposits. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the defined period.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ek 999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant Account balances will be handled in accordance with ek 999's prevailing dormancy policy at the time, which may include the deduction of a monthly administration fee after a further notice period. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their Account active.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure or suspension — whether voluntary or initiated by ek 999 — all pending bets placed before the closure date will be settled according to normal Game Rules. The closure of an Account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including ek 999's right to recover funds where a breach of these Terms has been established.
